I am pleased to share with you this information about The Oregon Special Needs Trust. This is the first in a series of steps that will assist you in planning for the future. The enclosed packet contains materials explaining the program.

Once you are ready for the next step, you will meet with me. This will be an opportunity for you to talk with a person who is ready to help you through the process. I will assist you in filling out a questionnaire, which will describe for the trust what you value as a future for yourself or your loved one.

You can rest assured that now is the right time to begin the process of designing and implementing your decisions about the quality of life you wish to have or to leave as a legacy. The information provided will assist and guide you in making the best choice for the future.
